EVIDENCE PRESENTATION

Every case presents a unique challenge dictated by the issues involved.  Evidence may be in a variety of formats and can include information from witnesses, documents in hard copy and electronic form, video and CCTV  recordings, audio tapes, electronic surveillance records, computer printouts,
the results of forensic investigations and a multiplicity of other digital media.

We bring together all the evidence elements into a single custom made presentation, from which each item is instantaneously available. Switching between different elements and media types is seamless and
simple, allowing evidence to be called up on demand.

Working closely with our Clients and Counsel we seek to ensure that the Presentation fully supports the case strategy, and that key information is identified and presented in the most effective manner.
Using a variety of graphical and multi media techniques from a simple diagram to virtual reality reconstruction, we enable those presenting evidence to demonstrate the contribution each item makes to the case overall, explaining the often complex interrelationship between disparate items of evidence and
defendants in a way which allows everyone to understand the relevance and significance of the information presented to them.
